EFFECTIVE WAYS OF IMPROVING SPERM MOTILITY:


It seems to be irritating and annoying that the individual cannot conceive due to infertility issues. Whether it’s male or it female, infertility is problematic for both. It has been found that every; one out of six couples face this problem. When we talk about sperm motility, so it is defined as the ability of the sperm to move through the women’s reproductive tract and reaches the ovum to fuse with it. If the sperm motility is impaired, then it may lead to infertility. The other factors of male’s infertility are:

Zinc, which is metal, seems to play an essential role in regulating the normal sperm count and making sperm motility normal. It has been observed that infertile males have lower levels of zinc as compared to fertile men. Food which contains zinc are oats, red meat, whole wheat, seafood like shells, lobsters, crabs, fortified breakfasts, and cereals.

Vitamin B, which contains folate, plays an essential role in spermatogenesis. Folate increases sperm count and improves sperm densities. Low levels of folate cause the damage of sperm’s DNA, making their synthesis either abnormal or low. Nuts and beans contain a high amount of folate, green vegetables like spinach and asparagus, cereals, fruits like oranges, and fruit juices also have a high quantity of the folate in them.

Testosterone is the male reproductive hormone that is involved in the process of spermatogenesis that is the process of sperm synthesis and their maturation. If the levels of testosterone are decreased in the body, then the problem of infertility occurs. Vitamin D supplements have proven to efficient remedy in promoting the levels of testosterone in the body. Once the standards of this hormone are healthy, they will encourage the sperm motility and count as well. Everybody is well known with sources of vitamin D like oils of fishes, beef liver, cheese, dairy foods, egg yolks, etc.

D-aspartic acid, which is an amino acid, can also play a functional role in regulating normal levels of male reproductive hormones like testosterone. D-aspartic acid can increase sperm concentration in the body. Lean poultry and dried fruits are a rich source of it.

Moreover, there are many other more factors by which sperm motility is normalized. Like taking a balanced diet and keeping your body fit with exercise and workout, you can avoid many problems, including infertility problems too. Furthermore, if someone has a habit of smoking and taking alcohol, then this could also lead to sperm motility problem. The use of steroids for a more extended period can also cause infertility. These problems are discussed with your doctor, and by adopting a healthy lifestyle, it can be avoided if the infertility problem is not genetically.
