MULTIPURPOSE VOLLEYBALL NET SYSTEMS
Volleyball
is one of those sports that you can play both indoors and outdoors. All you
need is a team, a good quality volleyball, and a net system. Beach volleyball,
indoor courts, proper field volleyball match – all have grown as a trend
amongst the youth.
What’s
intriguing about volleyball is that it is a unisex sport. Like tennis, teams
can comprise of both men and women in volleyball as well. While you may find
many blogs guiding you to play volleyball, etc. there aren’t many that would
tell you the importance of volleyball net systems. Don’t worry. We’ll take of it. Our blog today tells you how
convenient it is to own a multipurpose net system.
So, we all
know the three most popular sports that have a net placed positioned at the
center to divide the field: tennis, badminton, and volleyball. This is the best
use of a multipurpose of the net system, one system fit for all of the three.
Let’s
suppose you own a resort where you offer indoor sports and have a court for all
three of the mentioned sports. It would surely be a pain in the back to have
three different nets mounted and dismounted in several instances. This is where
multipurpose volleyball
net systems would come in handy.
Tennis Net Systems
Tennis nets
are quite low when compared to both volleyball and badminton. They are at 3
feet at the center and 3 feet 6 inches to the poles. This is because it is not
tightened at a full-stretch. So, multipurpose net systems work out your ability
to adjust the height precisely. No need to purchase a whole new system. Just
loosen the pole screws, and the net would slide down to your desired height.
Volleyball Net
Systems
Volleyball
net heights are quite complex and vary in adjustments according to the age and
gender of the players. For the men, it is 7 feet 11 inches. As the players' age,
the height of the net decreases for players above 50, and under 70, it is 7
feet 9 inches. For those above 70 years, the volleyball net systems are adjusted to a height of
7 feet 6 inches. Women have lower volleyball net heights of about 7 feet 4
inches.
Badminton Net Systems
Badminton
nets are somewhat lower as compared to the volleyball nets. They are adjusted
to be 5 feet 1 inch at the edges and are 5 feet at the center. This is because
it is allowed to sag in the center.
So, with
such variations from a couple of inches to a couple of feet in height, you
would have to purchase three different net systems. But with multipurpose volleyball net systems,
it's all-in-one. You have to figure out the right height and twist the knob to
lock the net at that height.
