Sometimes we get carried away when we see a beautiful ornament for our homes or a handy couch, these are just some minor things with which we fill our homes with.

Setting up the price
We are often compelled to price our house on to our expectations. Usually it is the job of the realtors to fix the price, not according your desire but the actual market rates. Keep an open house
When I’m selling my house without a realtor, I always keep an open house. Open houses are the best way to advertise you home. You can keep some light refreshments and place brochures of your house on every possible place you can find. It is believed the smell of vanilla and cinnamon entices people and makes them comfortable.
Remember to follow the rules
It is most important to follow the real estate regarding laws with diligence. You cannot discriminate any buyer for reasons such as race, sex, and religion. There are many other laws that you may not have taken account off.
It is advisable to visits a related company and in understand all the basic laws that regards to selling the house. It will enable you to perform each step of the sale legally and confidently. You can also hire a realtor just to manage the documentation at the end of the sale.
